These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astrosimpl application ("Astrosimpl", "the Service"). By creating an account or using Astrosimpl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Astrosimpl is an AI-powered Vedic astrology application. It computes birth charts using Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa, provides AI-generated guidance grounded in classical Sanskrit astrological texts, and offers Kundali compatibility analysis.
Astrosimpl is intended for personal reflection, guidance, and cultural exploration. The information provided by Astrosimpl is based on classical Vedic astrological traditions and should be understood as such. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of Astrosimpl's guidance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Astrosimpl. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Astrosimpl, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You may sign in using a phone number (OTP) or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately at astrosimpl@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create multiple accounts to claim repeated welcome credits or circumvent usage limits or bans. You may not share your account with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
New accounts receive a one-time welcome gift of free credits (currently good for 2 questions) so you can try Astrosimpl before paying. This gift is granted once per account and does not expire.
Astrosimpl does not run on subscriptions. Instead, you buy a credit pack — a one-time purchase — and each question you ask deducts credits from your balance. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your payment details.
Credits do not expire — once purchased or granted, they remain on your account until you use them.
If you believe a credit pack purchase was made in error, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the purchase at astrosimpl@gmail.com. Refunds for packs where a meaningful portion of credits has already been used are considered at our discretion, generally prorated to unused credits.
One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
You agree not to use Astrosimpl to:
All content, design, software, and systems within Astrosimpl — including the chart engine, the AI prompt architecture, and the user interface — are owned by Astrosimpl and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The classical Vedic texts that form the basis of our knowledge base are in the public domain. Our specific implementation, curation, and integration of this knowledge is proprietary.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. You grant us the right to process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Astrosimpl provides astrological information based on classical texts and computational methods. Astrology is a system of belief and cultural tradition. We do not make any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Astrosimpl is not a medical, mental health, legal, or financial service. Nothing in Astrosimpl's responses should be construed as professional advice in any of these domains. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrosimpl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Astrosimpl shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Astrosimpl, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Astrosimpl at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of significant changes, particularly those that affect paid features.
If we discontinue a feature you've already paid credits for, we will refund the unused, affected credits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Astrosimpl after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
